Using Little Dreaming Dino

Little Dreaming Dino is a parent-managed bedtime ritual app. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 13 (16 in the EU) and that you are using the app on behalf of yourself or a child in your care.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. The app never asks for your child's name or other personal information — please don't enter any.

Acceptable use

Don't try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service. Don't use it to harm anyone or to do anything illegal.

Content

Dinosaur facts and morning stories are gentle make-believe and family-friendly curation. Little Dreaming Dino is for fun and bedtime ritual — it is not a sleep-training, medical, or behavioral treatment.

Subscriptions (auto-renewable)

Every account includes 3 free hatches. Continued daily hatching after that requires an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple's App Store or Google Play.

• The subscription length and price are shown on the purchase screen inside the app, in your local currency.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage the subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of the current term unless required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play, through your Google Play account.
• If you are an EEA or UK resident, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment of purchase, except where you have started using the digital service during that period and confirmed loss of withdrawal — applicable platform store policies apply.

Subscription terms above form part of the standard Apple-required EULA (auto-renewable subscription disclosures, Apple Schedule 2). Apple's standard EULA (link) also applies to App Store users where not in conflict with these terms.

Service availability

We do our best to keep the service running but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced in-app. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
